MEETING POD SPONSORSHIP
LOCATION
The meeting pods are located on the HLTH show floor of The Venetian Expo & Convention Center on Level 2.
FURNITURE
One (1) table and four (4) chairs. Links to the furniture are below.
POWER/ELECTRICAL
One (1) standard 5 amp power drop and one (1) power strip. The drop will be placed under the table.
CARPETING
The meeting pod area will have carpeting in a uniform color, which will be chosen by the HLTH team.
BRANDING
The meeting pod will feature co-branding with HLTH and the sponsor's logo on the front of the low exterior panel. No additional graphics are allowed.
- Logo Submission: The logo you submit to the task called 'Upload EPS Logo: MANDATORY' will be used as sponsor branding on the pod panel. If you'd like to request to use a different logo or confirm the file that will be printed, please send a note to sponsors@hlth.com by Wednesday, September 17.

INTERNET/WIFI
Complimentary Wifi will be provided on the show floor to all attendees, however, HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.
STORAGE
There is no secure storage space provided. Items may be placed inside your meeting pod behind the display panel. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting T3 Expo to order accessible storage.
DISPLAY GUIDELINES
To comply with fire marshal regulations, all furniture, displays, and promotional materials must remain within the interior of your meeting pod – nothing may be placed on the surrounding floor. Additional branding or signage on the inside or outside walls of your pod is not permitted, and pop-up banners are prohibited on the show floor at all times. Please ensure full adherence to all exhibitor rules and regulations.
