🧢 LinkedIn Beanie Competition

Eligibility

1. The Competition is open only to individuals who receive the official HLTH Europe beanie as part of this promotion.
2. Participants must be employees or representatives of companies in the healthcare or related industries and at least 18 years old.

How to Enter

1. Post a photo on LinkedIn featuring you and your team with the HLTH Europe beanie.
2. The post must and mention HLTH Europe.
3. All eligible posts must be published by 11:59 PM GMT on January 31, 2025.

Prizes

1. Each eligible participant who complies with these terms will receive one (1) free ticket to the HLTH Europe 2025 event.
2. Participants may claim an additional free ticket for their team if the team size exceeds five (5) members in the posted photo.
3. If the participant or their team has already purchased a ticket to the HLTH Europe 2025 event, no refunds will be provided. However, the free ticket may be transferred to another team member.
4. Each individual participant and team may only claim a maximum of one (1) free ticket, regardless of the number of posts or team members featured.

Claiming the Prize

1. To claim your free ticket(s), you must contact HLTH Europe via email at hey@hlth.europe.com after posting, including a link to your LinkedIn post.
2. HLTH Europe will verify the post and respond within 14 business days with instructions on how to redeem your ticket(s).

Additional Conditions

1. Tickets are non-transferable outside your organisation and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
2. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or ticket purchases.
3. HLTH Europe reserves the right to disqualify posts deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or inconsistent with the Competition guidelines.

Publicity and Usage Rights

1. By participating, you agree that HLTH Europe may use your LinkedIn post, including the image and caption, for promotional purposes.
2. Participants are responsible for ensuring their post complies with LinkedIn’s terms of service and any applicable company policies.

General

1. HLTH Europe reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
2. Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
