Group Hotels

Our hotel agency can also help out with exclusive rates for group bookings of 9 or more. You can see more details and register your interest on our hotels page.

How to register:

1. Register Each Attendee: Visit our website and register each participant as a General Attendee here.
2. Select Payment by Invoice: When you reach the payment page, choose the "Pay by Invoice" option and confirm all the required details.
3. Email Attendee Information: Send an email to hey@europe.hlth.com with the names of all attendees in your group. Based on your group size, we’ll adjust the rates accordingly and send you an invoice for payment.

N.B. If you don't quite have all the names together for your group, do not worry as you can still purchase the tickets now and confirm the names at a later date. Just email us at hey@europe.hlth.com with the group details!

Things worth noting:

• Group ticket rates are based on each bulk purchase transaction and cannot be combined with other purchases, including previous individual and bulk ticket purchases. 
• Group rate tickets cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes.
• Rates cannot be adjusted retroactively.
• Group ticket rates increase periodically as we get closer to the event.
