Group Hotels

How to register:

There are two ways of getting your team signed up in a breeze! Here’s how:

• ① Saving Spots? No Problem!

  If you’re still finalising your group, simply click ‘Add Group’ on the Group Registrations section of the registration to reserve spots for your team. You can then provide the other members of the group with a link, where they'll be able to go in and fill in their details at a later date.

• ② Ready to Add Your Team?

  If you already have their details, hit ‘Add Another Attendee’ and enter their info right away.

  
  

As you add attendees, your group discount will be automatically applied at checkout depending on the number of attendees/spots added.

Things worth noting:

• Group ticket rates are based on each bulk purchase transaction and cannot be combined with other purchases, including previous individual and bulk ticket purchases. 
• Group rate tickets cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes.
• Rates cannot be adjusted retroactively.
• Group ticket rates increase periodically as we get closer to the event.

N.B. While all ticket purchases are final, we get it; plans can change! If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, no worries. You can do so right up until the event starts. Just send us an email, and we’ll take care of it for you!
