💰 Buyer reimbursement process
Platinum Participant is a buyer who schedules and attends 12 Market Connect meetings and may qualify for a free HLTH ticket plus a $750 hotel/travel reimbursement post-event.
If you are unable to attend 12 meetings in the Market Connect Lounge onsite, you will not be eligible to receive a hotel/travel reimbursement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to prorate your travel/hotel reimbursement calculated based on the total meetings for which you were scheduled.
After the event, the HLTH team will conduct a quick audit to ensure that all 12 meetings took place. An email will be sent to all Platinum Participants approximately two weeks later, containing a form with instructions on how to claim the reimbursement. Participants can expect to receive their check approximately 45 days after the event.
