Market Connect meetings must take place in the designated Market Connect Program area and at the assigned table. Your meetings will only be scheduled during the specific Market Connect Program time slots, so please plan accordingly.

Remember, if you don't show up for a meeting:

• As a Buyer - you will not receive credit for the meeting, and you will be charged the cost of your HLTH ticket if you don't attend any of the Market Connect meetings
• As a Solutions Provider - this will still count as one of your purchased meetings and that meeting will not be rescheduled or credited
