📧 Messaging participants

Once the Market Connect meetings are scheduled, you’ll be able to see all your meetings in the HLTH event app. From here, if you want to start a discussion with the participants you are meeting with, please follow steps below.


  • Once your meeting is scheduled, you'll be able to view them on the Schedule & Meetings tab on the HLTH event app
  • Tap on the meeting to see further details
  • Here, you will see the DISCUSSION button and you can message the participant before the meeting


✅ Good to know

  • You cannot message participants you do not have a meeting with.
  • Market Connect meetings must be rescheduled only by contacting the Market Connect team marketconnect@hlth.com. These meetings must take place in the designated Market Connect Program area and at the assigned table. Your meetings will only be scheduled during the specific Market Connect Program time slots, so please plan accordingly.

If you don't show up for a meeting:

  • As a Buyer - You will not receive credit for the meeting, and you will be charged the cost of your HLTH ticket if you don't attend any of the Market Connect meetings
  • As a Solutions Provider - this will still count as one of your purchased meetings and that meeting will not be rescheduled or credited
