View your meetings

Once all meetings are set up, your Market Connect Meeting schedule will be published to you. You will receive a notification when your schedule is ready to view between October 14th and 16th.


You will be able to view your Market Connect meeting schedule in the main HLTH event app, you can also sync your meetings with your own personal calendar.


On the main HLTH event app* navigate to Schedule & Meetings, where you'll see:

  • A list of all your pre-scheduled Market Connect Program meetings
  • The dates and times of your meetings
  • The location - all meetings take place in the Market Connect lounge and you can see your table number here too
  • Clicking on either the Buyer or the Solutions Provider (Sponsor) opens their profile to see more information

* HLTH event app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store (available early October)



Save meetings to your own calendar

To save scheduled meetings to your personal calendar: 

  1. Open the Schedule & Meetings page seen on the main home page
  2. Check your meetings are present and correct - it may take a some time for your meeting to first appear, if they aren’t there at first wait a few moments and then try again
  3. Complete the sync by pressing the DOWNLOAD ICON located in the upper right corner of your screen
  4. Select the Export to my calendar option


βœ… Good to know:

  • If a meeting gets canceled in the app, this won't show on your personal calendar. We try our very best to avoid any cancellations of meetings but it's best practice to double check in the app the meeting is all ready to go!
  • The HLTH Hub will remain open through October 11 should you need to modify your schedule at any time. All Market Connect meetings will take place at designated table numbers in the dedicated Market Connect Lounge on the Show Floor.
  • The HLTH team sends program reminders to all participants, leading up to the event. Please be sure to check your spam folder! There is no need to send any reminders or calendar invites to those participants with whom you already have meetings confirmed, the platform will automatically send them an email with the meeting information as well as daily reminders of all meetings each day.


Solutions Providers taking part in the Market Connect Program

First follow the above steps to see your scheduled meetings.

  • On the meetings page, select the option to "See my team's meetings"
  • Here you can see all the meetings your team has scheduled
  • All confirmed meetings with the location "Connect Lounge" are meetings with the Market Connect Program
  • By clicking on the meetings you can see further details and assign a team member to take the meeting

ONLY ONE SOLUTION PROVIDER IS ALLOWED TO ATTEND EACH MEETING but you can have anyone attending from your company take the meetings.

You can also select "See Meeting" and add a team member from there.
