🤔 Login troubleshooting

Your login is the same as your HLTH ID. Use the email you applied for Market Connect with and your HLTH ID password. If you don’t remember your password, please click Forgot your password?

Your access to the HLTH portals is based on the email address you used to register for the event or the email you provided during your application. If you're not sure which email you're using, follow these steps to log out of your HLTH ID.

1. Go to your HLTH ID profile page
2. Click your profile icon in the top right of the page
3. Click Sign Out

After signing out, you'll be brought back into the HLTH ID main page 👇

1. You can sign in to your HLTH ID that is associated with your Market Connect account access
2. After signing in, you can close out of the HLTH ID dashboard
3. Then, log back into the HLTH Hub using the correct email

Once you are logged into the HLTH Hub using your HLTH ID, you should see the Connect icon. Click on it to access the Market Connect pages.
