🤔 Login Troubleshooting

Your access to the HLTH portals is based on the email address you used to register for the event or the email you provided during your application. If you're not sure which email you're using, following these steps to log out of your HLTH ID.

1. Go to your HLTH ID profile page
2. Click your profile icon in the top right of the page
3. Click Sign Out

After signing out, you'll be brought back into the HLTH ID main page 👇

1. You can sign in to your HLTH ID that is associated to your Connect account access.
2. After signing in, you can close out of the HLTH ID dashboard
3. Then, log back into the HLTH Hub using the correct email.

To log into the HLTH Hub

First select log in on the top right

You will be re-directed to a HLTH ID log in page

After logging in, you'll then be on the Hub homepage again and you can navigate to the speaker onboarding on the left Navigation screen.
