From veggie to vegan, gluten-free to dairy-free, hot to cold, sweet to savoury, plus sit-down and on-the-go options, we’ve got it covered - Plus, all meat is Halal. And the best part?     A rustic flatbread sandwich layered with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

    Airy focaccia-style bread filled with classic Italian mortadella and light seasoning.

  • Kerala Lamb Stew (contains wheat, soya, mustard)

    Tender lamb slow-cooked in aromatic South Indian spices, coconut, and curry leaves—rich and warming.

  • Yellow Curry (contains wheat, peanut, soya, sesame)

    Fragrant and mildly spiced Thai-style curry with seasonal vegetables in a creamy coconut base.

  • Ravioli Gigante Artichoke & Pecorino (contains wheat, egg, dairy, sulphite)

    Oversized ravioli filled with tangy artichoke and sharp pecorino cheese in a light sauce.

    Spiced chickpeas simmered in tomato chili sauce, served over steamed rice with spring onion and celery garnish.

  • Ramen Soup with Tofu, Bimi & Shiitake (contains wheat, soya)

    A nourishing broth filled with tofu, tenderstem broccoli (bimi), and shiitake mushrooms.

  • Roasted Sweet Potato with Ras el Hanout Mayo (contains wheat)

    Oven-roasted sweet potatoes served with Moroccan-spiced vegan mayonnaise.

We’re working closely with the team at the RAI to deliver on our sustainability goals. When it comes to our food, we’re putting in place the following initiatives:

  • Locally sourced food where possible to reduce air miles
  • 100% reusable ‘hard bowls’ to reduce waste
  • Zero-to-landfill. Any leftover food will be distributed within the community
