Breakfast choices 🥐

Succulent Moroccan Lamb Tagine

  • Tender pieces of slow-cooked lamb simmered in a flavourful blend of traditional Moroccan spices, served on a bed of fluffy rice

Wok-tossed Malaysian noodles (ve option) 

  • Stir-fried to perfection with tender chicken slices or silky tofu cubes, and an array of crisp, colourful vegetables.

Pappardelle al ragù di vitello

  • Wide, ribbon-like pappardelle pasta cooked to al dente perfection, served with a rich and savory veal ragù.

Mushroom pappardelle (ve)

  • Wide, ribbon-like pappardelle pasta cooked to al dente perfection, served with a rich and mushroom savory ragù.

Schiacciata caprese with mortadella (v)

  • Light and airy Tuscan flatbread, filled with premium mortadella, slices of ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella di bufala, and fresh basil leaves.

Mexican blue corn soft taco

  • Soft taco made from authentic Mexican blue corn masa, succulent strips of seasoned beef and creamy, house-made guacamole

Surinamese bara

  • Handcrafted Surinamese bara, a savoury and fluffy deep-fried dough made from split peas, seasoned with aromatic spices, filled with tender chunks of chicken, slow-cooked in a fragrant Surinamese curry sauce.

Roasted aubergine (ve)

  • Slices of roasted aubergine served on a bed of wholesome bulgur grains, seasoned with aromatic herbs and drizzled with refreshing, tangy pomegranate seeds.

Roasted butternut squash and spicy salad (ve)

  • Cubes of butternut squash roasted to perfection, served with a crisp, freshly prepared salad, drizzled with a spiced vinaigrette, with a hint of chilli heat.

Wasabi vegetable soba noodle salad (ve)

  • A colourful medley of crisp vegetables served on a bed of soba noodles with a spicy wasabi dressing.

Buckwheat vegetables (ve)

  • Nutty and wholesome buckwheat grains with fresh seasonal vegetables, tossed in a zesty herb vinaigrette.

Pitta station

  • Grilled chicken marinated in a spicy blend, served in a warm pita pocket with crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy tzatziki sauce.
  • Tender slices of seasoned beef, nestled in fluffy pitta bread with fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and a zesty chilli sauce.

Burger/fries station

  • Classic American beef burger featuring a juicy beef patty, melted cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, onions, and tangy pickles, all sandwiched between a soft bun.
  • Crispy golden fries tossed in a savoury Asian-inspired seasoning blend, topped with a tantalising mix of sauces and a hint of spice (v)

Salad/smoothie bar

  • Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with traditional Caesar dressing, crunchy croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese (v)
  • Selection of refreshing smoothies made with a variety of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables (ve)

Pizza bar

  • Classic Italian margarita pizza, topped with rich tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, fragrant basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil (v)
  • Salami Piccante pizza, adorned with spicy salami slices, tangy tomato sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of fiery red pepper flakes.

Freshly baked focaccia

  • Filled with succulent chicken kebab, salad and optional dressings or

We’re working closely with the team at the RAI to deliver on our sustainability goals. When it comes to our food, we’re putting in place the following initiatives:

  • Locally sourced food where possible to reduce air miles
  • 100% reusable ‘hard bowls’ to reduce waste
  • Zero-to-landfill. Any leftover food will be distributed within the community
