Partner FAQs
- What happens if we don’t hit the number of attendees required?
Partner Programming partners are given their ticket numbers every two weeks. These are benchmarked against where we would expect you to be. If a
- Does our discount code work for startups?
Startup rate tickets are pre-discounted, so the code will not work for them.
- Who is eligible for the Connect Programme application?
The Connect Programme is for Senior Leaders in Providers (public & private sector), Payers (Insurers), and Pharma. Each application is assessed individually, if you have any queries about an individuals suitability, applications take >3 minutes, and the Connect Team will respond within 24 hours.
- When will we find out which room we’re in?
Rooms are assigned close to the show, based on the amount of interest shown in the sessions by the audience. The best way to guarantee a larger room is to get your sessions back to us to go online as soon as possible.
- Can we change a speaker or session?
This is possible up until Monday 19 May.
- How are rooms allocated in terms of size?
You can request a small, medium or large sized room. Rooms are assigned close to the show, based on the amount of interest shown in the sessions by the audience and the number of attendees a partner is bringing. The best way to guarantee a larger room is to get your sessions back to us to go online as soon as possible.
- Are sessions recorded?
Recording is available as a paid extra, please get in touch with partners@hlth.europe.com to request this.
- Are refreshments available?
Hot and soft drinks are available during the sessions in the Topaz Lounge and G100 corridor that links all of the Partner Rooms. A light lunch is served in the Grand café at the bottom of the escalators to the Partner Programming area.
- Can we book a lunch/breakfast for our audience?
This is available as a paid extra, please get in touch with partners@hlth.europe.com to request this.
- Can we run a session on Tuesday/Wednesday?
The rooms for Partner Programming are used for paid sessions, but are available via our Sales Team. Partner Programming only runs on Monday.
- What’s the most speakers you can fit on the stage?
We would not recommend more than four plus a moderator on any of the Partner Programming stages.
- Do all of the rooms come with an AV setup and engineer?
Yes, all rooms have an AV setup and engineer.
- Can we get extra tickets for our staff or programme speakers?
For partners who exceed their required ticketing numbers we’re open to discussing this.
- One of our proposed speakers is already speaking on the main agenda. Do they need to register with our codes?
As a speaker on our main agenda they receive a complimentary ticket to HLTH Europe, therefore they do not need to register with your code. This frees up an additional programme speaker ticket for you!
- One of our proposed speakers is already attending. Do they need to re-register with our codes?
They do not.
